These terms apply to orders from the Blackstar Halo web shop. The shop is run by 24h Entertainment Oy.

Prices and payment
- Prices are in euros and include Finnish VAT (25.5%). Delivery costs are added at checkout, see the table below.
- You can pay with PayPal (including cards through PayPal), Trustly online bank payment or bank transfer.
- Orders paid by bank transfer are sent when the payment has reached our account. The payment details are in your order confirmation email.
Orders
The contract is made when you receive our order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be sold out after you have ordered, we will contact you and refund the item in full.
Delivery
We send all orders with Posti. CDs travel as letters and other items as parcels. An order with more than one item is always sent as a parcel. We send orders within 1–3 working days of payment.

Large = hoodie, poster or an order with several items. Delivery costs include VAT.
Posti’s delivery estimates after we send the order: Finland 1–3 days, Europe 3–8 days, rest of the world 5–15 days.
Orders outside the EU
Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees in the destination country are not included in our prices. They are paid by the customer.
Cancellations, returns and faulty items
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how to cancel, return goods and report faulty items.

Disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Please contact us first if there is a problem. Consumers can also take a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
